A production foundation, ready from day one
The four pillars below are built and running in the product. Your operations team gets the full set on the day the site goes live, not in a later release.
Measurement without cameras
A radar at every bay measures vehicle presence and position. No video, no images of your people: there is no recording to guard, archive and explain to the crew.
Operations cockpit and floor wallboard
Every dock’s state live, a dwell timer running from the moment a trailer is placed, the whole shift on one timeline. A separate wallboard mode shows dock states only, readable from the far end of the bay.
Shift analytics and reports
Your shifts (morning, afternoon, night) are an analysis dimension, not just a caption on a chart: occupancy, dock turnover, handling time and peak hours broken down per shift. CSV export and a weekly PDF report in your inbox.
Alerts, incidents and AI insights
A rule for an over-long dwell or a sensor that goes quiet, one alert per incident instead of an avalanche of email. An incident log with acknowledgement in the dashboard: you can see who picked it up and when. AI insights read the site’s statistics, never individual measurements, processing stays in the EU and we switch the feature on only when a client asks for it.

Three pillars of ecosystem evolution
The investment in SynDock does not end at dock visibility. We are growing the platform in three directions, one for each question that shows up after a first quarter of working with your own data.
- Two-way connectors into WMS and TMS: the booking from your system meets what actually happened at the bay.
- Event-driven webhooks pushing dock events in real time into ERP, YMS and reporting tools.
- Automatic validation of time windows: who arrived inside their slot, who did not, and what it cost the site.
- Early detection of dock congestion: a signal while traffic is backing up, not a report after the fact.
- Adaptive dwell norms computed from a site’s own history and vehicle type, instead of one fixed number for everything.
- Cross-facility benchmarking: the same indicators for every distribution center under one account.
- Tags on trailers, containers and load carriers, read by the SynDock gateways already standing at the site.
- Yard and buffer-zone visibility without building new network infrastructure.
- More measurement types plugged into the same dashboard, the same sites and the same access rules.
The pillars are a direction of travel, not a feature list and not a price list. We set the order with the customers who will use them, and nothing in this section is a precondition for going live with today’s scope.

From a site audit to live data
Bringing a site up is non-invasive, both for the traffic on the yard and for your IT. Four steps, one owner on the SynLog side.
Site and dock-geometry audit
Bay layout, how trailers are placed, installation conditions and what you cannot see from the office today. The output is a measurement-zone map matched to how your site actually runs.
Plug & play installation
SynLog engineers do the install. One compact device per bay, no rebuilding of the ramp and no changes inside your IT network.
Roles, permissions and rules
Accounts for managers, dispatchers and operators. Shift definitions, dwell norms and alert rules set to the site’s rhythm. Further locations join the same account.
Working on real-time data
The dashboard in daily use, a named deployment owner and a support scope agreed in the contract.
We set dates after the survey: every warehouse has a different geometry and a different shift rhythm. We do not sell “a cloud account for you to click around on your own,” we sell working monitoring on your dock.
