SynLog is a platform for logistics companies: we install hardware on site, connect it to the system and give your operations team a real-time view of the docks. Below is the direction we’re taking the product and the platform. No promises of exact dates; a clear horizon for working together.

What’s already in the product
We’re building the layer the first product, SynDock, stands on, along with the features we’ll add later. For the operator, what matters is what you can see on the floor and in the dashboard.
Dock monitoring without cameras
Mounted at the dock, the system measures presence and events. The data reaches the operator dashboard in real time.
Deployment handled by SynLog
There’s no public self-service. Once we agree to work together: hardware installation on site, access for named people, configuration for your dock layout.
Hardware and software together
Sensor, connection and dashboard are designed and supported under one brand. No piecing together a puzzle from three vendors.
Alerts, report, wallboard
An email alert when a dwell exceeds the norm or a sensor goes quiet. Once per incident, not an avalanche of notifications. A weekly PDF report on dock turnover and a wallboard mode for the floor screen.

SynDock is the first module, not the only possible one
The SynLog platform is built to plug in more features for the same customer: the same accounts, the same sites, the same access rules. SynDock comes first because docks hurt the most.
