Know what every dock is doing. Live.
A sensor at every ramp sees whether a vehicle is standing there and for how long. All your docks on one screen. No cameras on the floor and no “is the dock free?” phone calls.

Operator interface, sample data
- Which dock is free right now?
- How long has that trailer been sitting at B04?
- How long does unloading actually take here?
- How many trucks went through the docks on the morning shift?
These questions come up on every shift. If they do at your site too: this is for you.
SynDock
Full visibility of every dock
Mounted at the dock, the system delivers accurate data on a vehicle’s presence, type and position, plus events. In real time, without cameras.

An 8-hour shift in 12 seconds · sample data
One device. Complete knowledge of the dock.
A compact sensor mounted at the dock. No cameras, no wiring across the whole hall. All the analysis happens on site.

- Industrial housing Dust, damp, frost on the ramp: a housing built for continuous duty at the dock, not for a desk.
- Installed in hours One compact device at the bay. No dock rebuild and no changes to the warehouse IT network.
- ±2 cm in any conditions Night, fog, snow, a hall full of reflections. Measurement accuracy with no lights and no lenses to clean.
- Decisions on site Analysis happens on the device. States and events flow to the platform, not the raw sensor stream.
How it works
From the first conversation to a working dashboard
We don’t sell a cloud account for you to click around on your own. We install hardware at your site and connect it to the platform. Four steps on our side, no IT project on yours.
-
Conversation and dock audit
How many docks, the ramp layout, the traffic. We agree what the team should see in the dashboard and whether an installation makes sense.
-
Sensor installation
The SynLog team mounts mmWave devices at the docks. No touching your warehouse IT, on a date agreed with the site. Sensors measure presence and geometry, not identity: no camera and no identification of people.
-
Platform and account setup
We lay the dashboard out to match your real floor plan and invite the people you name. No open sign-up: only your people get access.
-
A working dashboard and alerts
The team sees every bay live: free, occupied, alert, offline. Email alerts watch long dwells; wallboard mode is there for the floor screen; the weekly report sums up dock turnover.
We set the dates for each step after a site survey: every site has a different geometry and network.
Integrations
Your WMS can know about the trailer before anyone calls
Arrival time, dwell length, dock released — that data already has a home on your side: in the WMS, in slot booking, in the report you send your customer. We build the hardware and the software ourselves, so plugging into your system isn’t a ticket in a vendor’s queue: tell us where the data should land and we get it there.
Integration never blocks the rollout. The docks work from day one; we wire into your systems in parallel, or later, when your process is ready for it.
Security & engineering
Who sees the data, and where it lives
We design for the warehouse floor, not for a demo. The hardware runs non-stop, and the data it collects stays yours.
FAQ
Common questions
Does the installation disrupt warehouse operations?
The sensor is a single compact device mounted at the dock, with no ramp rebuild and no cabling across the hall. We agree the date and course of the installation with the site manager, so the docks keep working normally.
Does the system record employees?
No. The device has no camera and no microphone: it records no image, no audio and no identity. The radar detects presence and distance. It also detects a person’s presence in the dock area, because that is a safety condition for the manoeuvre, but without any identifier of that person. It is measurement, not video surveillance.
Whose data is it, and where is it processed?
The data from your site belongs to you. We process it on infrastructure in the EU. The dashboard is accessible to the people your company invites, and to named authorised SynLog personnel only to the extent necessary to operate and support the service.
What if a sensor stops working?
The dashboard marks the device as offline, and the system can send an email alert when a sensor goes quiet. One company supports both the hardware and the software. Nobody bounces you between vendors.
Does SynDock integrate with our WMS?
Yes. Dock data is available over an API, and the scope of the integration — what goes where, and at which point in your process — is agreed during rollout, around your system. Whatever isn’t there yet, we build: the hardware and the software are both ours, so you aren’t queuing behind an outside vendor.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the number of docks and the site layout, so we don’t publish a price list. For the first sites we’re planning a pilot program. Write to us and we’ll talk through your case.
Do we have to install or maintain anything ourselves?
No. SynLog installs the hardware, connects it to the platform and sets up the accounts. You get a working dashboard, with no IT project on your side.
We’re launching our first deployments as a pilot program. Your site could be one of them.
Let's talk about the pilotLet’s talk about how your docks are laid out.
Tell us how many docks you have and what kind of traffic. We’ll set up a short call and, if it makes sense, a site survey for installation.
