One shift

The questions every shift asks, and the screens that answer them

A Monday at LogTrex in Stryków, seen through the shift manager's eyes.

  1. 05:50 Monday

Every site, before the shift starts

LogTrex's three locations on one screen. You can see at once where the docks are full and where a sensor has stopped responding.

Sites: Stryków, Wrocław Bielany, Gliwice illustrative data
  2. 06:05

Which dock is free right now?

The board shows every bay in the hall: free, occupied, alert or no signal. You assign docks to drivers from the office, without walking the yard.

  3. 07:40

How long has that trailer been sitting at the bay?

The dwell timer starts on its own when a truck backs on, and stops when it leaves. Nobody has to click anything.

  4. 07:55

The alert comes to you, not the other way round

When a stay passes the threshold your administrator set, or a sensor goes quiet, you get an email and an in-app notification. One per incident, no flood of messages.

  5. 09:00

The hall sees what the office sees

A screen mode for the TV by the bays: big dock numbers, state and dwell time. The screen links to your account with a one-time code, then keeps itself up to date.

    Hall screen illustrative data
  6. 14:00

How many trucks went through the docks on the morning shift?

The shift ends and the numbers are already counted: arrivals, dwell time and occupancy, separately for each shift. Compare morning with afternoon without a spreadsheet.

    Shift statistics illustrative data
  7. 15:00 Friday

How long does unloading actually take here?

The week on one dashboard. The starter board is ready on day one, you add your own charts, and you can export the data behind them to CSV.
